Abstract:A teacher's education conception is a kind of recognition formed through his or her teaching based on the education phenomenon, especially on his teaching competence as well as his students, which directly influences his or her awareness, judgment, at the same time affects, dominates and controls his or teaching conduct. During the transmission from the traditional education to the modern one, only when education conception and conduct are fully exerting the proper transmission can they meet the needs of the times and modern world. This paper is discussing and analyzing education conception and teaching conduct in terms of transmission.
