摘    要:为适应新课程需要,教师要认真学习本专业基础理论知识,修炼“内功”,提高专业素养;要进行角色的转变,构建平等的师生关系,在教学过程中转变教法并指导学生进行学习方式的变革。自觉投身于学校的教研活动、积极进行自我反思、开展同伴互助、接受专业引领,是教师专业化成长的必经之路。

Abstract:A teacher must improve his own teaching to meet the reform of the curriculum,and to study hard the basic theory to enhance the professional qualities,even the level in teaching.All of tehat is to need a tacher change his role for his class,making up an equality between himeslf and his students.In the process of teaching the teacher should have a new teaching method to guide his students well.It is only way to throw himself into the school-based research,reflect upon his teaching experience and lessons actively,improve himself with the useful help of his colleague and accept the necessary head guide for profession.
