| 摘 要： | 随着改革的深入，作为科技社团的学会将发挥越来越大的作用。人们注意到，在科技资源全球化配置的大背景下，科技成果的价值主要体现在科技资源整合中。学会改革应为科技工作和组织学术活动创造良好的外部环境，本着这样的思想，我们主要指导学会从以下5个方面进行科技资源整合。
