| Abstract: | This paper introduced international cooperation policies of main developed countries in their supporting international partnerships. And some opinions are put forward to promote Chinese science and technology innovation ability. The paper also suggested to make use of a foreign science and technology resources effectively and to perfect management mechanism in Chinese international cooperation policy. |
