| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了开架借阅存在的问题,提出高校图书馆应实施科学优化的管理模式,一方面要努力加强对读者的导读和管理,另一方面要提高图书馆工作人员的积极性和主动性,完善图书馆规章制度的修订,加强复本剔旧工作力度,充分发挥开架借阅的优势,逐步完善开架模式下的各项工作,从而更好地为读者服务。
