| Abstract: | The purpose of the research is to develop a system framework to investigate and assess seven risk elements involved in managing strategic alliance in the supply chain. Using the framework, we studied some secondary real cases of supply chain management. The analysis will be helpful to control these risk elements so that future partnerships are able to apply the proactive measures while planning to enter into strategic alliance. |
