| 摘 要： | 目的：研究双氢青蒿素哌喹对约氏疟原虫感染小鼠红细胞感染率变化的影响。方法：用约氏疟原虫感染小鼠。于感染后第3天开始。连续3d口服双氢青蒿素哌喹20mg／kg。于感染后第2天开始每天观察其红细胞感染情况并计算感染率。结果：约氏疟原虫感染后。小鼠红细胞感染率逐渐上升。应用双氢青蒿素哌喹治疗后。红细胞感染率明显降低，与未治疗组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：从原虫血症的变化上证明双氢青蒿素哌喹具有确切的抗疟效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects and changes of protozoan applying Dihydroartemisinin piperaquine in treating the mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii.Methods: The mice with malaria parasite were treated with Dihydroartemisinin piperaquine at single oral doses of 20mg/kg on the 3d after infection.The infection rate of RBC was observed every day from the second day after infection.Results:Infection of Plasmodium yoelii causes the infective rate of RBC in the mice to increase gradually.Applying Dihydroartemisinin piperaquine contributed to the gradual decrease of the infective rate of RBC(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is proved that Dihydroartemisinin piperaquine has exact curative effect of on the changes of parasitemia. |
