| 摘 要： | 阐述了洛阳区域矿产资源种类、特征以及占洛阳地区资源总量近50%的新安、伊川两个县的工业现状;指出了其区域关联资源成组布局存在的不足之处;提出了解决方法——尽快建立“煤-电-氧化铝-铝-建材”相关资源型产业链的成组布局模式的生态工业园区。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the category and characteristics of resources in Luoyang, as well as the industrial conditions of its two main resources-riched counties, Xin'an and Yichuan, and points out the important shortages existing in the chain distribution of its regional correlated resources. It also present a solution of establishing as soon as possible an ecosystem industrial park where the chain distribution of correlated resources "coal- electricity- aluminum oxidize -aluminum-building materials" is set up |
