| 摘 要： | 从当前高校机关管理队伍建设现实状况出发，分析了高校机关管理队伍建设仍然存在一些不良倾向的各种原因，并着重对提高高校机关管理队伍的建设水平进行了探讨，提出了高校机关管理队伍建设的一系列矫正建议。
