“市场换技术”政策实施效果评价——来自装备制造业的经验证据

"市场换技术"是我国外向型经济发展过程中实施的一项重要政策,对该政策的实施效果一直存在较大分歧。从行业技术进步和自主创新能力两个视角构建了"市场换技术"政策实施效果评价模型,并以装备制造业1997—2006年数据为样本进行了实证研究,得到如下结论:"市场换技术"政策增加了外商市场占有率,并带动了行业技术进步,但却抑制了本土装备制造企业自主创新能力的提升,说明"市场换技术"政策的实施效果并不理想。

Policy Assessment on the Effectiveness of" Market for Technology": A Study Based on Empirical Data from Equipment Manufacturing Industry
