建立健全高校反腐倡廉机制的思考

高校作为人才培养的摇篮和知识创新的基地,应以与时俱进,奋发有为的精神状态和真抓实干的工作作风,深入扎实地推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,遏制腐败应建立健全以人格力量为基础的自律机制,以规范高校领导干部行为为重点的权力约束机制,以党风廉政责任制和追究制为主轴的工作机制,以校务公开为主导的全体师生参与的监督机制。

Fighting against the Corruption and Initiating the Honest in Performing High Educational Official Duties

Colleges and Universities played a role of a cradle and a base for training talented persons and reneaing technology,science and knowlege,so it is obviously necessary to fight against the corruption and to strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work ,advancing side by side followed the step of times There are 4 kinds of system could be effectively used. One is called"self restriction"system which based on leader's moral quality;another is called "power restrained" system which concentrated on regulating leader's performance in their official conduct,the third is called"work procedure system"which centred on responssibility system,including being honest in one's official duty and being investigating and affixing the responssibility.taking the two points above as main axis;the fourth is called"supervision system",which characterized with opening the universities'affairs and let all of students and teachers take part in the action of the system.
