| 摘 要： | 上市公司的经营管理业绩可以通过一系列指标来反映,但这些个别的指标只能反映公司经营活动某时刻某方面的情况。运用多元统计方法中的主成分分析方法,对沪市、深市交通运输业板块中每股收益增长率前20名的上市公司的10个财务指标进行综合评价,得到各上市公司财务状况综合评价指数,对上市公司的经营管理业绩作实证分析。

| Abstract: | The administration achievement of listed companies can be reflected through a series of indexes.However,these individual indexes only reflect the situations at some aspect in the company＇s operation.Employing the analysis of principal component,this thesis carries out a comprehensive evaluation of 10 finance indexes in the first 20 interest-increasing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market.Using the comprehensive evaluation index of the respective finance situation of the listed companies,this thesis makes analysis of the administration achievement evaluation of the listed companies. |
