| 摘 要： | 总结了TMT配置的相关理论,在对TMT相关理论深入研究的基础上,分析了影响TMT优化配置的相关因素,并且构建了TMT群体效能与配置关系模型和TMT优化配置过程框架.期望能够为TMT优化配置以及TMT与组织绩效关系的实证研究提供理论指导.

The study not only a comprehensive summation of the TMT related theory, and will also Laid on theoretical framework of the Empirical Study of the optimize allocation of TMT and TMT and organizational performance. |
