| 摘 要： | 在教育改革的大潮中,档案工作者应如何以现代化的理念来促进学校档案工作,从而适应学校教育的创新是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文结合学校教育中出现的新问题、新情况,从档案收集、整理、利用三方面简述了新形势下加强学校档案工作的要求和方法,使此项工作能全面为教育教学服务。

| Abstract: | Facing the great affection from the.knowledge economy, how to develop the file work with the advanced ideas to meet the needs of creates of school education has been the most important problem to be solved immediately for the secretaries. Contacting with the new problem and circumstances occurred in current school education, from three aspects, i. e. collection, arrangement, and putting into use, the essay summarizes the requirements and methods of enforcing file work that are under the new situation. So we can make the file work to adapt the school working. |
