| 摘 要： | 良好而完善的激励机制有助于调动广大编辑的智慧、创造性和工作积极性．学报编辑的激励机制就是在尊重学报编辑主体性的基础上，研究外部诱因，通过满足编辑的正当需要，通过科学合理地运用一些激励措施，逐渐完善学报编辑部的薪酬激励、情感激励、职业规划激励制度等。以激活其内驱力和维系其积极行为的过程．

| Abstract: | The better and perfect incentive mechanism can help to mobilize the editor＇ s wisdom, creativity and enthusiasm. Based on the respect for journal editors＇ subjectivity, the incentive mechanism of journal editors is to study the external incentives, to meet the needs of editors. Through the scientific and reasonable use of incentives, gradually to improve the journal＇ s salary incen- tive, the emotional incentive and the occupation planning incentive system, the internal driving force will be activated and its posi- tive behavior will be sustainable. |
