| 摘 要： | 政府信息服务主要有政府主导型、市场引导型和公众参与型3种基本模式。其中政府主导型包括常规作业、咨询决策、贡献利益、应急处理4种模式;市场引导型包括特许经营、用者付费、委托代理3种模式;公众参与型包括政民互动、社区自治、个人自愿、第三方参与4种模式。
