| 摘 要： | 本文对教育技术装备质量这一概念的内涵进行了全方位、系统的分析和界定，并对此概念所包含的不同层次，不同因素分别进行了详尽的论述，从而指出教育技术装备部门要想保证技术装备的质量，必须从技术质量、产品质量、采购质量、监督质量入手，全面发挥好自己的职能。
