| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产保护,是由联合国教科文组织近年发起的一项全球性的行动.旨在通过保护各自民族的传统文化,进而保护世界文化的多样性.在此背景下,本文就藏族传统歌舞艺术保护与传承的现状及其面临的诸多问题进行分析,并依据非物质文化遗产保护的有关条约、方法,对这些问题的解决提出相应的思考和对策.
