| 摘 要： | 当前免费师范生的思想状况整体上积极、健康、向上,思想道德素质较高,对教师这一职业的评价有所提高,学习目标明确,积极主动,表现出奋发进取的精神风貌。在师范生免费教育政策实施过程中,迫切需要完善免费师范生的录取、淘汰和奖励机制;加强职业理想和信念教育;明确各级政府责任,进一步完善政策环境;适当扩大覆盖面,整体推进师范生免费教育;建立部属师范大学与地方政府、中小学的联动机制。
