浅议教学设计系统模式在微格实训教学中的作用

The Functions of Instructional Design System Model in the Micro-teaching

The Dick and Carey model of instructional design system is based on educational background and formed through long-term research.The micro-teaching is a basic way of training new teachers.For micro-teaching training in China,we should fully understand the design of teaching system model before reasonably using this model for reference.This article provides a brief introduction to the design of teaching system model and micro-teaching training,and discusses the study on the model for inspiration to design micro-training teaching in China.
