Abstract:In views of the hot problems of getting a job for graduates, from angles of marketing and merchandizing, the paper analyses the basic reasons that the graduates are difficult to get jobs and offers some personal opinions on how to sit the changing mark and participate in market competition and promote the employment for graduates.
