| 摘 要： | 城市智慧化建设中,作为公共文化机构和城市区域信息流通中心的基层公共图书馆,不仅要在提高管理水平和拓展服务领域方面努力创新,还要着眼于城市智慧化建设的整体趋势,赋予基层公共图书馆新功能,进而逐渐完成传统图书馆的转型。
