我国研究型大学形成的政策基础与外部环境

发展和建设中国的研究型大学是科教兴国的需要,也是提高国家综合国力的战略选择。但是,作为一种新生事物,在具体的实践过程中,总会遇到这样那样的问题或困难。这些问题有些是与研究型大学内部的运行机制有关,有些则与大学发展的外部环境相联。本文将以“中国研究型大学形成与发展战略”课题研究为基础,分几个方面对我国研究型大学形成和发展过程中可能遇到的外部环境问题进行分析。

A Study on the Development of Research Universities in China: Policy Conditions and Environment

In order to"reinvigorate the nation with science and technology" and to raise national capacity in participating of world affair,it is necessary to build and develop research universities in China.But since the idea is new to higher education in China,there are always different problems and difficulties that we should pay attention to. Some of the problems and difficulties are related to internal operations, and others are related to external environment of research universities.Based on the project of "Strategies to Build and Develop Research Universities in China", this paper probes into some external environments in the process of building research universities.
