| 摘 要： | 本文通过对新形势下高校学生管理工作面临的新问题加以剖析,根据个人的工作实践,提出学生管理工作应改变传统模式,推行“辅导员一导师一学生班主任”制,以做到全方位、多角度联合管理,提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The student's management in the colleges and universities is faced with various of new problems. In order to strengthen the student's management, this paper introduces that the student's management should alter the traditional work's mode and carry out the system of "instructor-tutor-student in charge of class" on the basis of individual work practice, so that the man- agement will be strengthened from whole directions, full perspective, and the student's comprehensive quality will be improved. |
