| 摘 要： | 通过教学实验并运用心理技能训练的一般原理与方法,结合网球教学实际情况,提出在网球教学中,运用心理训练,可以使身体运动与大脑思维有机结合,强化动作的正确性和有效性,对学习和掌握网球技术动作具有明显的促进作用。
