胎儿及成人大脑皮层枕极突触的比较与分析

本文用 H—600型透射电子显微镜对6例胎儿和2例正常成人大脑皮层枕极突触进行了比较性观察,结果表明在胎儿以轴—树突触占多数,成人则以轴—棘突触占绝大多数,且少部分轴—棘突触含有棘器,胎儿轴—棘突触无棘器。在胎儿及成人皮层中均以 Cray Ⅰ型突触为主,从胎儿到成人 Gray Ⅱ型突触所占比例逐渐减少,到成人达最低点.此外还观察到一些少见的突触类型,如轴—轴,树—树,树—棘等。

Camparation and Analysis of Synapser of Occipital Pole fo Brain Cortex between Fetus and Adults

The comparative observation of Synapses was made in the cerebral cortes of the occipital pole be tween 6 cases of fefuses and 2 cases of adults by using electronic microscope.This study showed that the majority of synapses in fetuses is A—D type;the majority of synapses in adults is A—SP type and some of that have spine apparatuses.The main type fo synapses is Gray tycp I in both fetus and adult. As fetus growing up the number of synspscs of Gray Ⅱ type Ⅱ is diminished gradually,and the lowest in daults.Besides,the rare types of synipese ware observed such as A—A,A—J,D—D,D—S_p synapes.
