浙江省永嘉县农村中小学师资队伍建设现状与分析

农村教育是当前教育的热点和难点，而建设一支高素质的教师队伍是发展农村教育的重中之重。本研究采用问卷、访谈、数据统计等方法调查永嘉县农村中小学师资队伍建设的现状，结果表明该县城乡教育差距还是比较明显的，农村教师中普遍存在着待遇低、专业发展困难、优秀师资外流等问题，建议采取进一步改善教师物质待遇和就业环境等措施来改进现状。

Investigation of Teaching Staff Construction in Primary and Secondary schools of Yongjia County

To develop rural education, the most important is to construct a high - quality teaching staff. This study investigates the teaching staff of rural primary and secondary schools of Yongjia County by questionnaires, interviews and other methods. The result shows that the county education gap between urban and rural areas is quite obvious. The problems like low pay, poor professional development environment and the outflow of outstanding teachers are prevalent now. To change the status, such measures as improving teachers＇treatment and work environment can be taken.
