| Abstract: | This paper conducts an empirical study on the statues quo of independent intellectual property rights in Shanghai companies based on elaborating the relationship between independent intellectual property rights and core competence. It analyzes the problems and reasons of independent intellectual property rights in Shanghai companies, and then puts forward many suggestions. |
