| Abstract: | Under the background of the world＇s information and globalization and in the vital progress of China＇s implementation of its reform and opening-up policy,people＇s value orientation is increasingly becoming diversified and their ideological confusions,mental contradictions and the social conflicts are getting more complicated,which makes ideological and political work confronted with severe challenges and new requirements.Therefore,during the construction of harmonious society,it is quite necessary for us to determine the functions of the ideological and political work so as to broaden them and utilize them. |
