积极的战略动机是否带来高绩效：科技园的环境调节效应

 本文在文献回顾和企业访谈的基础上，开发了适合中国企业填写的测量量表，利用探索性因子分析，深入挖掘企业进驻科技园的主要动机、科技园的创新环境要素以及园内企业绩效要素，利用典型相关分析，深入分析企业入驻科技园动机对园内企业绩效的影响是相对弱化的，并在此基础上利用调节变量回归分析的方法探讨了科技园区创新环境对园内企业绩效的调节作用，并提出了政策性建议。
