关于教师教育转型的认识与展望

教师教育转型是国际教育的先进经验，也是我国教师教育改革创新的一个重大问题。本文首先从国际教育改革的经验以及我国社会经济和教育改革发展需求的四个方面阐述我国教师教育转型的重大意义；其次，着重分析我国教师教育发展趋势的五个特点，展望实现教师教育的战略性转变和跨越式发展所取得的巨大成绩。

Knowledge and Prospects for the Transformation of Teacher-Training Education

The change in teacher-training,an advanced experience originated from abroad,is one of the fatal issues in our teacher education reform and innovation.This paper probes into the significance of such a change from international teaching reform and four aspectc of our social economy and requirements of our reform and development,then focuses on five characteristics of its tendency,and finally forecasts the promising achievements of the strategic shift and saltatory development.
