| 摘 要： | 随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入，大学生宿舍的公寓化、社会化已成为高校后勤社会化改革的重点和突破口。通过探索我们总结出：健全的规章制度是大学生宿舍公寓化服务管理的保障；管理良好的综合素质是大学生宿舍公寓化服务管理的关键；健康的公寓化建设是提升宿舍公寓化服务品味的有效途径。
