| 摘 要： | 一所大学办得如何，校长是决定性的因素。在大学校长选拔方面，我们存在着几个误区。首先是过于注重诸如职称、学历、年龄等外在形式的东西，忽略有关人选的内在素质；其次是把大学等同于行政机关，行政级别成为选拔校长的主要依据，忽略了有关人选的教育理念；第三是在选拔校长时，过于注重理工学者而忽略了人文社科学者。本文对陷入这些误区的原因进行了深入的分扩与探讨，认为从“提拔”走向“遴选”才是走出误区的根本出路．

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the history of professional education and its function, the author has a detailed discussion on the function of professional education in spreading sic and tech, which can reproduce sci and tech and push it forward, and which can turn sci and tech into productivity. Thus we can know better about professional education. |
