| 摘 要： | 20世纪末,苏州古城在政策因素和经济因素(产业结构和用地结构的调整,城市人口的激增,居民需求结构的变化等)的驱动下,进行了大规模的城市更新,使古城风貌遭受巨变.在此基础上探讨了如何正确认识并处理好保护和更新两者的关系,为古城保护与更新提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | At the end of 20th century Suzhou conducted the renewing of the old town on large scale under the condition of reform and opening up and the economic reform such as adjustment of industrial and land-use structures expansion of the town population and residence requirement.Thus it made the appearance of old town changes greatly.This paper explored the relations of two factors just like the protection and renew of the old town,it can be referenced in the area of renew and protection of the old town. |
