岳阳市岳阳楼区土地集约利用潜力评价研究

随着我国国民经济的高速发展,土地需求不断增加,土地资源日益稀缺。岳阳楼区作为岳阳市的政治、经济、文化、科教、信息中心,其土地的集约利用日益重要。在收集一手资料和科学调查统计的基础上,采用多因素综合评价法设立指标体系,对该区的土地利用进行科学评价,其主要结果为:岳阳楼区土地利用潜力值为2.9977,土地集约利用潜力水平为Ⅲ级,土地集约利用潜力较大。

Study on Potentiality Evaluation for Intensive Utilization of Urban Land in Yueyanglou District of Yueyang city

With the economic development land becomes very important.Yueyanglou Distric is the political centre of Yueyang City.A comprehensive evaluation index system by the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate scientifically,the current status and potential of urban land intensive use in Yueyanglou Distric of Yueyang City on the basis of learning from the advanced theory and research methods at home and abroad,the system analysis on the collected information.From the results of the potential evaluation of intensive use evaluation.We found that potential index of urban land intensive use are 2.9977.The potential of Yueyanglou District of direction is Ⅲ-class.The potential of land use is promising.
