| 摘 要： | 双师素质师资队伍建设是提高高职高专教育教学质量的关键因素。本文从分析双师素质教师的含义及其应具备的条件入手,探讨建立双师素质师资队伍的必要性、师资来源及培养途径。同时指出,加强双师素质教师队伍建设,必须加强领导,提供相关政策支持。
