| Abstract: | In developed countries,much attention is paid to the on-job training for teachers of the primary and high schools.Security system is set up in relation to policy,time,infrastructure,quality monitoring,fees and so on.Therefore,the on-job training is characteristic of systematization and efficiency,the experience of which will be beneficial for the work of teachers' further education in China. |
