| 摘 要： | 该文在用系统的观点深入地分析了国家大型科学仪器中心的系统组成、对科技创新的支撑作用及其发展需求与发展趋势的基础上,与国家科技计划、区域发展、行业和学科发展等几个方面的需求相结合,提出了国家大型科学仪器中心建设的主要任务及建设与运行的管理机制。
