| 摘 要： | 软件质量是软件企业的生命。对软件外包中的质量问题进行了分析，对PDCA模型提出了改进意见。引进软件质量标准SPDCA模型，并对SPDCA模型进行了研究，对保证软件外包质量有指导和借鉴意义。
