| 摘 要： | 2013年，学报同仁从不同角度对学报编辑工作与编辑职业发展进行了探讨和分析。通过对45篇有代表性的文章进行分类、归纳和整理，从学报编辑素质与主体意识、学报编辑业务、学报编辑与作者的关系及学报编辑自我发展与编辑职业倦怠四个方面进行阐述，以期对2013年学报编辑发展研究有个总体的认识，更希望抛砖引玉，引发学报同仁更深入的讨论，以进一步推动高校学报编辑工作，促进编辑职业成长。

| Abstract: | In 2013, Journal of colleagues discussed and analyzed on the development of journal editors from different perspectives. There are some platitude, more new insights and analysis. Through the 45 representative articles are classified and summarized from the journal editors of the consciousness, the business journal editors, journal editors and authors and journal editors self-development relationship with four elaborate editing burnout order colleagues on the 2013 development research journal editor has a general understanding, of course, hope to reach Hu valuable feedback, triggering the development of our own thinking and editing construction. |
