藻类光合生物反应器

藻类光合生物反应器有两种类型,一类是开放式,一类是封闭式。开放式光合生物反应器以开放式跑道池为主,它从上世纪60-70年代开始被美国、以色列等国家应用于工业污水的处理;70-80年代在中国、美国、日本等国应用于保健品的生产。封闭式光合生物反应器的种类很多,有管状、板状、筒状等。封闭式光合生物反应器的研究开发,应用于大型海藻养殖产业,将为大型海藻的细胞工程育苗技术的研究和产业化提供必备的条件;应用于微藻产业,使微藻大规模培养、微藻生物活性物质的开发与生产、生物再利用能源的研究与生产、生物单细胞蛋白的生产、海洋生物制药、生物天然食品色素的开发利用得以广泛进行。

Photobioreactors of Microalgae

There are two kinds of photobioreactors. One is open reactors and the other is closed photobioreactors. The main type of open reactors is open race-way reactor. During 1960- 1970s,it was used for the treatment of industrial waste water in America and Israel. During 1970 - 1980s,it was used for production of health food in China, America and Japan. Closed photobioreactor has many types,including tubular,plate flat,cylinder. In utilization of photobioreactor in macroalgae cultivation industry,it is the basic condition of the propagation technique by cell engineering. In utilization of photobioreactor in microalgae cultivation industry, it will induce the development of research and production in mass cultivation , bio-active chemicals, bio-energy resources, single cell protein, ocean biological pharmaceuticals, nature pigments in food.
