| 摘 要： | 在我国，随着经济社会的发展，民办教育已进入了关键的转型期。转型期的民办教育面临新的机遇和挑战，如何促使民办教育继续向前发展，是当前教育工作者所关注的热点问题。本文站在全局的高度，从社会舆论环境、政策制定、政府行为、法律保障、自身建设方面，为促进民办教育和谐发展提供思路。
