| 摘 要： | 教学督导工作是确保和提高高校教学质量的重要途径。提高教学督导工作的科学性，要树立教学督导的发展性功能价值取向，科学定位教学督导部门的基本职能，在教学督导过程中树立以人为本的理念．建立合理的督导队伍结构，采取有效的督导形式，对督导结果进行科学解释和合理运用，增强督导结果的执行力。
