开放教育入学资格审核制度建设的探讨

中央电大开放教育入学资格审核制度对保证生源基础水平、提高教育教学质量、维护学生权益、实现依法办学具有重要意义。规范的三级审核制度、明确的审核标准和科学的工作流程,保证了入学资格审核工作的规范性和审核质量。但在终身教育理念下,人们对入学资格要求产生一定的误解;由于没有明确的法规依据,入学资格审核过程中产生了一些因虚假学历证书导致的纠纷;由于全国电大招生人数较多,入学资格审核工作也面临着提高效率和质量问题。

Discussion on Qualification Assessment System of Entrance to Open Education

The qualification assessment system adopted by CRTVU for the entrance to open education can ensure the basic quality of the students,improve teaching and learning results,protect students'rights and operate school according to the rules and regulations.Well-designed and three-level assessment system with obvious standards and scientific operation ensures the standardization and quality of the system.But with the idea of lifelong education,there is misunderstanding about the requirements for the entrance and since there are not any rules for this,some dissensions have been caused by fake diplomas and certificates during the assessing work.Therefore,the entrance assessment has the problem of how to improve the efficiency and quality because of the large enrolment of students in the whole national RTVUs.
