| 摘 要： | 工程项目管理是高校后勤一项很重要的工作内容。本文阐述了高校后勤工程项目管理的内容、特点和基本过程,同时,就现存的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关对策建议以期为提升高校后勤工程项目管理的现代化和科学化水平提供一些借鉴。
