| 摘 要： | 采用变异系数法,通过推导劳动力市场发育度公式并进行实证分析,研究劳动力市场发育度对产业结构偏离度的影响。得出的结论:各个产业的市场发育度;市场发育度与结构偏离度呈相关关系;市场发育度对比较劳动生产率有显著性影响;市场机制应该成为推动结构调整的主要力量。
