| 摘 要： | 学界对唐代的西京御史台已有许多研究成果,对东都御史台则关注不多,一般只是在研究西京御史台时涉及到东都御史台。东都御史台设置的时间并非通常认为的开元以后,而是高宗龙朔、咸亨年间。东都御史台的监察范围较广,负有分察六部与监察礼仪、监察百官、监察司法、推按大案要案及审理一般民事案件之职责。

| Abstract: | The academic historical research of Yushitai in the west-capital Tang Dynasty has been rather fruitful,but little attention was paid to the Yushitai in the east-capital Tang Dynasty.It was mentioned only when people studied the Yushitai of west capital.In this article the author focuses the discussion on the setting time of this post,the authority of the senior commanding officer and its changes,the duty limits and status. |
