| 摘 要： | 西汉高后八年诸吕之难后,功臣列侯与宗室诸王在重建皇权问题上的相互制约,使得实力较弱的代王刘恒入继大统。但是综合宗法、功劳、德行与公选等评价原则,齐王刘襄继承帝位要比代王刘恒更为正当。因此,文帝即位之初就面临了一场有关继位合法性的政治危机。文帝元年齐哀、楚元两王之死,即是文帝及其支持者为了消除这场政治危机而对齐、楚两国施加政治军事压力的结果。
