| 摘 要： | 信息给人类和社会带来了越来越巨大的经济效益和社会效益。但人们在享受信息所带来的实惠的同时, 却也承受着信息所带来的困扰———日趋严重的信息污染问题。因此, 必须采取科学有效的控制信息污染的措施, 从而净化信息市场, 提高信息流通速度、信息处理效率及信息利用率。

| Abstract: | Information brings about greater and greater economic and social benefits to the human being and the society.While people enjoy the benefits of the information it bronght about,they have to suffer from the increasing serions problem of information pollution.Therefore,scientific and effective measures must be taken to control the information pollution so as to purify the information market,increase the speed of information exchange,its processing efficiency and its high rate of use. |
