摘    要:心理契约是组织和员工之间的一种主观心理约定,是双方相互责任的期望与彼此义务的认知,是影响员工对于组织的态度和行为的决定因素。本文通过引入心理契约理论,明晰高校师资队伍的特点,探索如何利用心理契约理论构建良好的高校师资队伍,从而提高师资管理水平,提升高校竞争力。

Abstract:Psychological contract between the organization and the employee is a subjective psychological agreement.The responsibility is mutual understanding of expectations and mutual obligations which are the deciding factors affecting the employee's attitudes and behavior towards the organization.This paper introduced the psychological contract theory,clarifying the characteristics of teaching staff to explore how to use the psychological contract theory to construct a good team of teaching staff of the university...
